The humanoid-robot market already has real revenue, real operating hours and real customer output. The harder question is whether those receipts ever meet in one customer. UBTECH reported RMB590.3 million of full-size embodied humanoid revenue and services in the first half of 2026. Agility reported 65,000 operating hours and a $300 million-plus milestone-dependent order that is not current-period revenue. BMW reported more than 90,000 components moved by Figure 02 over about 1,250 operating hours. Each number matters. None answers the whole commercial question. My next-receipt test: 1. Who paid first? 2. Who paid again? 3. What work survived the shift? 4. What remained after installation and field service? 5. How concentrated is demand? Missing disclosure is not zero. It is UNKNOWN. The source research remains WATCH; this is not an investment, procurement or deployment recommendation.
